We furnish seasoned executives who can quickly understand the basics of your business, and will be able to proficiently drill down to discover deeper issues and opportunities.  

Engagements can be short term (~2 weeks) for a quick business analysis, or longer for deeper development and implementation work, or much longer term for 'Acting Executive' roles to support the operation until an optimal resource is hired.

We utilize Porter's Five Forces and traditional SWOT analysis to understand the business, then leverage Managerial Accounting Tools, Data Analytics, Benchmarking, for 'Drill Down' to surface issues and to correlate root causes.

We align and prioritize the issues to identify the key targets for change. 

 We then work with management to set aggressive yet realistic goals, in a smart sequence to optimize impact.  

Leveraging the practice and principles of Evidence Based Management (EBMa), a range of solutions are researched, and an optimal operational strategy is developed.  This serves to identify and communicate a clear path from the present to future state.

Strategies are converted to tactical results by well-crafted and well-managed projects.  Projects are developed and executed by certified CompTIA Project Plus and/or PMP Project Managers.

Change Management models are adapted and utilized to move the workforce and management from the previous to new paradigm.

We work with the business unit leaders, and mid-level operations management to (re)design the production workflow, and business processes.  This often encompasses a level of 'linear programming' as well as identification of  the sources of information, data capture, data repository, and KPI's for production.

We work with the IT staff and the SME's of the Business Unit to identify how the developed processes can be better supported in the existing (or new) OSS' (Operational Support Systems).  This can span CRM' ERP HRIS and Financial Reporting Systems.  An optimal reporting model is developed and dashboards, reports, and/or infographics are developed to identify impact.

We develop focused workforce improvement models and business-specific materials for kinesthetic learning and to layer:
